Program Name & Brand

S&S Moving Services Inc. ("S&S Moving", "we", "us") operates the S&S Moving Customer Notifications SMS program. We send text messages from our registered business phone number, 504-821-6622.

Program Description & Message Types

By opting in, you will receive transactional and promotional SMS messages including: moving quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and confirmations, crew arrival notifications, payment reminders, customer service responses, and occasional promotional offers about S&S Moving Services.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from S&S Moving Services by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on our online Quote or Contact form;
• Providing verbal consent during a phone call with a representative; or
• Texting our published business number first to start a conversation.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from S&S Moving Services.

Sample Message

"S&S Moving: Hi Jane, your moving crew is confirmed for Sat 9/14 at 8:00 AM. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&data rates may apply."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — typically 2–6 messages per active move, plus occasional promotional messages no more than 4 times per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. S&S Moving Services does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts from our SMS program.

Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely by S&S Moving Services Inc. to communicate with the customer. We may share information with subcontracted service providers (such as our SMS platform, CRM, or quote software) only as strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided to opt in to receive text messages from S&S Moving Services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
